Nice list Nova!
perhaps include a copy of rom2 (or a2lite)

And a new category:
Errors! and how to fix them! map editor error being the most common offcourse!

BB the ItemRef is under point 6

As for maps; just include them all!

WOW that are many files. Maybe too many.
I'd rather limit the files to the ones any HAT master would like to have in order to run a smooth HAT.
So no files that players could use to exploit HAT- or game mechanics.

And since you add your Abyssal maps, Master's maps would also be a worthy addition.
Although Master didn't want his RoM2 ItemRef to be available to just anyone, i think he could have been persuaded to let everybody enjoy this very handy gem of a file, if he was still among us.

Bah...thought of one more topic....(maybe some people won't agree with this one but I think it would be nice to get this info archived before it's forgotten)

3) Ways you can dupe stuff

Thought of two more:

1) REDD PIG's trainer

2) how to use hamachi (or another VPN) to host a HAT behind a router (note that NOGA's cheatengine NAT also solves this restriction)

OK, I sat down and slapped together the beginning of a list of files for consideration into this Phantasia Archive (well, really I sluffed off at work to do this, but don't tell them that).

Here is the disorganized list so far. Feel free to add/delete from it. Where(when) possible, I want to get explicit permission from the owner of the material before hosting it publically. Obviously, in some cases this is going to be impossible and so a judgement call will have to be made.

Here's my beginning list:

1 ) Zip of minimum online play game files (~50meg)

2 ) Patchers
a) GM Hack
b) No CD
c) defend crash
d) stat hack
e) screen speed
f) long item description
g) full sight hack
h) server level restriction remover
i) screen resolution REGEDITs
j) no map hold
k) server any language patch

3 ) HAT Server files
a) Lith HAT program
b) Exlend's HAT program
c) map editors
1. original
2. v1.15
3. any-size

4 ) Exlend's articles
a) Auto casting on flying monsters
b) Item identifiers-1
c) Item identifiers-2
d) map file format
e) moving 10 & 100 items at a time
f) item parameters
g) transferring items from characters
h) unlocking login account
i) triggers
j) defence
k) stats
l) stealing from a shop
m) move than 2 billion gold

5 ) Exlend's utilities
a) Charedit 2.09
b) charinfo
c) Add dll
d) Add sect
e) copypack
f) easy2config
g) hi.zip

6 ) Misc
a) HAT status PHP scripts (original and MDK revision)
b) auto account register PHP
c) NOGA's NAT cheatengine
d) Master's ItemRef
e) world.res file extractions
f) utilities to unpack/repack .RES files
g) Value Point system
h) map level calculation overrides
i) explanation for how to find and hexedit GM HACK

7 ) Advice/hints/tips
a) how to do the STAT hack
b) how to do the GM HACK
c) the PK MAGE trick
d) the ABSORB trick
e) super long range spell casting
f) changing the price of spell books on your HAT
g) limiting teleport to MAGES ONLY on your HAT
h) All the correct cheat code syntax

8 ) missing map files
a) Abyssal Knights (5 maps, NOVA)
b) .....suggest some more maps.....

There....the above list is probably a mess and hard to read, but I hope it at least starts the conversation so we can get a decent archive put together for the future of ROM2.
