| Woohoo...Beebs is still out there!!! I'm very interested in a ROM2 reunion. I can't really edit maps anymore cuz I can't get the editor working on win7 (loaner computer), but I have got ROM2 working and I can host a HAT. My email is still the same kingkota666@hotmail.com FYI...I've had health issues for the past 17 months, so the reunion HAT jumped to my mind. There's nothing quite like a few ambulance rides to the emergency room to put the fear of oblivion into your brain wondering when your time shall come to an end. It doesn't appear to be anything life threatening (fortunately) but it is pretty close to 24/7 life debilitating. It's a drag but hey....I'm still above the dirt, so it could be worse. All my hamachi links are dead now too thanks to my HDD crash. So those old routes to contacts and old ROM2 players or even online chatting are closed on my end. Good to hear from you. I hope you are well. -NOVA I am pretty sure we can get Lord Atton to play. But not sure who else is still around. |

| Hehe NOVA !! I might be interested in setting up a sort of Reunion hat. In fact the same idea did cross my mind serveral times, but I abandoned it quickly for several reasons. One of them is how to contact those people from the distant past. I have many names, even with their OLD email addresses. The other thing is I forgot all about how to set up a hat again. Really, it's that long ago. Nevertheless the idea of a reunion hat is appealing to me, cuz ROM2 is still the best online game I have ever played. Truely, those were the days. :) |

| Although my hdd crashed earlier this year and I sadly lost a LOT of stuff as a result, I do have a few ROM2 files archived on external drives that I was able to salvage. I have a web page where I'm currently hosting files for my NWN server, but I squeezed a bit of room for a few ROM2 files for you. http://lindsaygames.webs.com/ There, at the bottom of the page you'll find: 1. A small patcher I made that should fix your rom2.exe file so the screen won't scroll so fast. And in case that doesn't work for you (for whatever reason)... 2. I also put a copy of my fully patched rom2.exe file up there. I managed to find a bunch of other rom2 stuff, but I have VERY little storage space left on this free web hosting site for them. So if anyone wants all of that (it's about 4.5 meg all zipped up), then you'll have to email me or we'll have to make some other file sending arrangements. As to a scroll speed fix for ROM1, yes there was one, but sadly Exlend's site has long since gone down and I never pulled a copy of that before the site disappeared for good. Sorry.....
