It's part of the windows OS used for graphics. Just set your video resolution (using the Control Panel) to 16 bit color (NOT true color or 32 bit or anything else) and the map editor should run fine. The entire ROM2 game was written for windows 95 OS and therefore much of it can't handle the newer computer innovations (like lots of colors). |

Hey everyone. I've got a problem with my Map Editor... When I try to run it, it says "DirectDraw can't start. Make sure you have DirectDraw installed and your system on Hi-Colour video mode"... Err... What the hell is DirectDraw? lol |
