| I replied in another thread you had. Putting it here for posterity. I fixed my color issues by renaming/removing the video.res file. Compatibility setting are set as such: Windows 98 / Me Disable display scaling on high DPI settings Run this program as an administrator |

| Well I just fixed the problem by installing windows ME on one of my VMs. nothing like running the game on its original environment right? haha 64mb of ram |

| I have the same problem in Windows 8. If I run the game without CD, the error does not occur in color, but I can not play the campaign mode. I think the problem is the startup movie. |

| I managed to get a hold of a russian version of the game, and then used an english main.res file, which means the game is english now. It turns out the ISO file i used to install the game must have been corrupt. If you have installed through an ISO file with the english version then i advise you download the game from here http://www.freewebs.com/rom2/ The link to download the cutted version sometimes doesn't work and other times it does, the server is a bit stale, but thats where you can find all needed information |

| I sent you a copy of my rom2.exe file (to the live.com email). See if that works. I also listed my compatibility settings. Rom2 works fine for me on windows7 NOVA |

| Can you try to change your colors from 32bit to 16bit? That solved similar problems for me with some others games, so it might be worth a shot. :) | ||||
