To follow up on what Gray Fox said...and I apologize but my memory is also fading...I am hazy on these details now. This information is either for getting a stat potion or for getting offers for gear upgrades at an inn.

You will get this reward for ANY quest when you have satisfied the following conditions:

1. You must have at least four skills at level 76 or higher.

2. You must have at least one skill at level 91 or higher.

3. The reward for the quest must be 1 million gold or higher.

That is it.

Now let your mind wander knowing this information. You will soon figure out clever ways to complete these quests.

You hit monsters with a weapon, and you get XP for the Skill governing that weapon. That is the primary way to earn XP (you can also get XP for completing quests, but that was pretty obvious).

You will take XP for each successful hit you land on a foe.

You will take a little more XP when you will land the final, killing, blow.

As for Body, Agility, Mind and Spirit (commonly referred to as your statistics, or "stats")... they are raised by drinking very special and unique potions. You will know them when you will see them -- do not worry.

In Single Player mode there is practically no chance to find stats potions.

In Multiplayer mode things are different. You can obtain stats potions by completing the Inn Quests.
I remember two quest types that will give you stats potions as a reward. One is the "Escort" quest. And the other one is the "Intercept Dragon" quest (it has to be a Black Dragon)

For some reason everyone used to take the Intercept Dragon quests. Perhaps because they tend to be the most challenging.

Surely a Level 4 (Black) Dragon is a fearsome opponent when you lack in stats.

Make sure to stock up on healing potions, buy Elven scrolls of protection against the 4 elements, and train in the bow skill (raise it to 50 or even 60) before you attempt an interception -- else you are going to be roasted in no time.

I also recall that you had to possess a minimum amount of total XP in order to "unlock" the stats potion quest rewards anyway.
Was it 10 millions XP? Or was it 20 millions?
I remember not -- sorry. Such details are fading off my memory.

But what is the problem anyway? Just get out there and start killing, killing, and more killing.
